Log in problems
I have logged out of my twonav device, and have forgotten my password.
When i requested an email to reset my password, the message i got was that my email address is not linked with any twonav account..... but it is. I get regular emails from twonav!
I am currently walking the Camini del Norte and have all my routes planned, so I need access to them. Can someone give any advice?

I’m having a similar issue with logging in. I’ve already checked my credentials and tried again, but the problem still persists. Hopefully someone can clarify whether there’s a known login issue or a recommended fix.

As with any website, you must use the login credentials associated with this specific site.
If TwoNav informs you that your account does not exist:
- It means the account does not exist;
- Either you have forgotten or lost your credentials: follow the designated procedure for this situation or email support;
- Or, you fall into the previously mentioned category of a stolen GPS unit.Cdlt
