    Oh … You make it “a big cheese” for a not event!

    What ever a "big cheese" is? I consider getting my GPS back to a working "as I would like" is a primary concern of mine.

    Do you have the same objective? I'ts called "customer service". It creates further business.

    The most important thing is that the repair is done. Am I in the wrong way?

    You are absolutely correct. My main objective is to get my GPS back, so that I can enjoy the freedom that my Aventura gave me.

    I greatly miss not having it at my side!!

    Do not send your battery, it has no interest Twonav have battery.... Carrying a battery always carries risks, at worst you will receive your GPS repaired with a new battery. It’s just a common sense recommendation!

    Your shipping instructions specifically stated that the battery should be shipping separately within the packaged with the device. I am just stating that the better advice would be...Don't send the battery.

    I was just trying to follow your instructions!! Maybe you should alter your instructions....This is my advice!!

    Regarding the €uro, what do you say infortunatly your compatriots want to play solo, assume but it’s too bad for the European!

    Brexit or no Brexit we are at the moment still in the EU...Thank God.

    Lets leave politics out of getting my SatNav fixed eh! Just let me know what I have to pay (Euro or GBP) and you do the job....Idea!!

    Cost of transport, let’s see UPS don’t know how to answer you!

    So ask UPS (you may need to give them the parcel weight) and let me know what I should pay...Simple!! Or make an estimate and charge me that. Surely you do this numerous time a day??

    Now. Lets get this "back on track".

     Alone "TwoNav Admin" in this Communauty can speak for the Company CompeGPS (TwoNav)

    Others are, like me, simple users.

    Do you have a Paypal account ? No ? With little fees, you can buy in the whole world with your money. I pay CompeGPS (and others in the world) by Paypal.

    Nowadays with an Electronic Credit Card it is possible to pay online in its original monay, quite simply. I used this way to buy in GB in "L" ...

    I think so, but to check that in Great Britain Twonav has a partnership with Ordonance Survey.

    With the euro it is much simpler, without borders it is better these are choices to be assumed
