Why are TwoNav not responding?
I’ve placed an order for a Trail-2 last month.
My credit card was charged immediately.
On their website order status is at “Processing“ since then.
I’ve opened a service request asking when will shipment go out. And then another email. No response at all.
I’ve tried calling them via the phone number published in their we site and I’m constantly getting an answering machine saying that they are too busy.
Are all company members on an extended holyday vacation?
How can I get a proper customer service from TwoNav?

Good evening,
You have made your request on the forum, it is not explicitly addressed to TwoNav.
So it's another Trail 2 user who answers you, to try to reassure you.
A priori we all knew this phase, the delay for me it was a little more than 3 weeks.
The reason given, the success of the product, in the email I received mid October 2 days before delivery.
Rest assured it works very well, anticipate its arrival by reading the manual which facilitates the initial configuration.
Among the real reasons, probably the quantity of orders but also the fact that the manufacturing was repatriated from China to Spain therefore an inevitable increase in power.
Good luck, it will happen!

Oh very good,
Now you just have to prepare your next hike, just like me you will have fun with your Trail 2.
Do not forget to check Altitude = Baro + GPS and before leaving remember to manually calibrate your altitude, your cumulative elevation will remain around real at +/- 10%, which is a very good performance.
Its first FIX will logically be a little longer, let it in view of the sky run at least 1 hour continuously, it is beyond the time necessary for it to update the almanac and the ephemeris of the constellation, but a good way to be sure that all of these data are up to date ... The following FIX will be very short ...
Performance rating is really good, and like all TwoNav GPS it does not lose satellites as long as it sees the sky (even without seeing it but to do especially after when the FIX are short), no holes or aberrant points in the recorded tracks, which is not the case with competitors. In turns and laces the track remains much closer to the path than the previous generation and among competitors.
Do not use the alarms in 4.7 they are poorly managed, in principle 4.8 should correct this error. The only alarm that can be used is the proximity to the WayPoint.
Any questions, don't hesitate. Sharing our experiences helps us all to progress
Good hikes to you
