whats wrong with the support ?

hello what is wrong with twonav support , they didnt ship my order for 10 days, they dont reply at my emails nor my calls ? they even did not tell me that the color was out of stock; until i sent message asking , they said that it will be restock but never replied since then ?? lol thumbs down for the support i need my item so urgently guess i will buy it from a retail for a higher price
