It is a user forum, the staff of TwoNav does not react here. No I do not work for TwoNav I am a French user, and I got today 3 responses to requests in waiting some dating from 15 days and one dating this morning. The "FRANCE" after-sales service which seemed to be asleep is once again reactive. For your problem, in view of the feedback from other users, several AVENTURA 2 GPS present this defect, send a request for support under the warranty.
