    Hello

    Contact the after-sales service via the send a request link at the top of this page. They'll put everything back in order so you don't have to send it back. Otherwise if you connect it to the PC in principle the S/N appears in case there is an error in the S/N.

    SAV is an answer within 48 hours on working days, or at the bottom right the chat (working hours)

    Just checked the device id in "Land" and copied that on into the registration. Still no joy.

    It may be that the support folks can help me, but it is a pretty bad customer experience buying a somewhat expensive device and my first interaction is with the support team.

    I will wait if they come back to me on Monday.

    In the meantime, you can open the gps.ini file of the GPS via the USB cable and consult the data included.
    S/N, TwoNav user, and more..

    You will know if it is a second hand.

    Thanks for the info! Serial is confirmed and consistent. So the issues is on TwoNav side.

    Unfortuantely, I seem to have overwritten any old data, if there were any to begin with.

    Interestingly, the device has already a bunch of maps across Europe on it and an old track in the trash, all dated to February 2022. Let's see what support gives me.

    Try entering the "code promotionnel", something like "080B090E080C0A0" (found in the box), rather than the "serial number".

    Hi Alain, unforunately there is no such code in the box. Only a small quick start booklet, the USB cable, battery and the device itself.
