Cross doesn't switch on

Dear community,

my Cross, which was almost not used and is in a good condition, doesn't switch on and when I charge it, there are no lamps lighting and the Cross doesn't respond at all. 

Could someone help me?

  How do you charge it (charger and which cable)?

  Same issue, I tried to charge it with different cables and chargers - no difference what so ever
