The GO system has 2 sides:
- GO Cloud --> the files
- GO Web (go.twonav.com) --> A place to display and operate the files, some kind of simple Land. This web has a database which is synchronized with the GO Cloud.
So there are 2 sync processes:
1- Land/Twonav - GO Cloud
2- GO Cloud - GO web
On thursday we had a problem on GO Cloud, which was restored in next days, and now should be working as usual.
But the process of syncing between GO Cloud and GO Web has accumulated a long queue that is still working, and will take some days to normalize. So seeing changes on GO Web might take some hours instead of being almost instant as usual.
We expect that everything will be working ok on next days. If in some case, there are still errors, we will analyse the specific cases.
