Version released for GPS devices (Trail2/Plus, Aventura2/Plus, Cross/Plus, Terra, Roc) and Android/iOS App.
New features
- New data fields and properties based on power data (powermeter required).Ver See 'In detail':
- Power (W/Kg)
- Power Moving Average (3s, 5s, 10s, 30s).
- Functional Threshold Power (FTP).
- Normalized Power.
- Intensity Factor (IF).
- Training Stress Score(TSS)
- Power zones.
- Time in zone (for HR and Pow zones).
- Download content from Strava.
(Important: To access these functions, you must go to go.twonav.com, deactivate your current connection with Strava, and make the other connection.)
From the Route List page menu you can download different Strava files:- From 'My Online Files' (your personal Strava files, so access requires you to have TwoNav's connection to Strava set up from Settings on go.twonav.com )
- Activities
- Routes
- Segments (favorites)
- From 'Discover online routes' (public files)
- Segments (explore)
- From 'My Online Files' (your personal Strava files, so access requires you to have TwoNav's connection to Strava set up from Settings on go.twonav.com )
- Strava Activities and Segments to discover have Filters to refine your search.
Filters can be accessed by long pressing on the supplier list.
- Activities: Date filter.
- Segments (Discoverr)
- Activity type (Bike, Run)
- Difficulty filters
- AutoPause. New option in 'Settings > Activity profiles > Activity recording'.
It uses the devices accelerometer to detect when you are stopped and automatically pause the activity.
Note: Auto Pause does not operate correctly in vehicles with very few vibrations like cars. - Show graph in map window.
It can be activated from 'Settings > Activity profiles > Map view > Info panels'
By default it shows the Altitude value, but it can be configured to show other data such as Heart Rate, Power, Cadence or Speed.
When not navigating a track, it shows the currently recorded activity track.
- Scale ruler only appears in 'Tools Mode'
- Improved structure and functioning of lists
- Separator between open and stored files.
- Open files do not disappear from storage.
- Reduction of indentation of sub-elements to have a larger visible area.
- No animation when closing a file, allowing more agility to close multiple files.
- The activities also appear in the route list, within the Tracklog folder, to have a complete view of all the tracks on the device.
- 'Create new track' function available from the map page and Route list menu (previously only in pin mode).
- Toggle Icon and Direction Arrow in 'Next Event' field, instead of always showing icon. When following a roadbook, clicking on the upper left box will alternate between the icon of the next roadbook point and the arrow that indicates its direction in a straight line.
(tap) - New option to configure the size of the user interface, so that some elements can be seen larger. It is located in 'Settings > System > Display'.
- New 'Font Size' track property, which defines the font size of roadbook point labels
- Improved filtering of aberrant points
- Improved Altitude filter
- New configuration available in 'System > Altimeter'
- Altitude Filter (On/Off)
- Filter level (Low/Medium/High).
Low or disabled filtering will be very sensitive to small changes in altitude. This avoids underestimation of Ascent.
High filtering will smooth the altitudes, which can cause underestimation of the Ascent, but will be more resistant to measurement inaccuracies.
- Default value Altitude filter level modified from 'Low' to 'Medium'
Note: Remember that the Ascension calculation also depends on the 'Activity Profiles > Activity Recording > Minimum Altitude Accumulation' configuration, which determines the minimum altitude difference to add Ascension.
- New configuration available in 'System > Altimeter'
- When creating a new profile, the default name is the name of the selected sport.
- TrackAttack allows you to select any track from the route list, including activities, located within the Tracklog folder. Before that, you could work with activities in TrackAttack.
- [Only App] New functions "Send file" and "Share URL" (GO required) from track properties window.
Fixed issues
- Some special characters were missing from the password keyboard.
- Incorrect 'Distance to next' data in 'Next event' in 'Off route' condition.
- Duplicate roadbook point information on map in GPX files.
- TrackAttack was not working correctly.
- Various improvements to synchronization with GO.
- Various stability improvements.
- Other minor problems.
In detail
- New data fields and properties based on power data (powermeter required):
- Power (W/Kg).
Power expressed in relation to the user's weight, so that it can be compared with other people.
It can be chedked at:
- Data fields:
-
Power (W/Kg)
-
Mean power (W/Kg)
-
Max power (W/Kg)
-
Mean power lap (W/Kg)
-
Max power lap (W/Kg)
-
-
Properties
-
Power (W/Kg)
-
Max power (W/Kg)
-
- Data fields:
- Power moving average (3s, 5s, 10s, 30s).
Configurable in 'Activity profiles > Activity recording > Powermeter).
It calculates the average of the power data for the last seconds, so that its variability is reduced and makes it easier to read results.
This value is reflected in:-
Data fields:
-
Power (moving average)
-
-
Properties
-
Power (moving average). Average and Maximum.

-
Graph
-
New Power value (moving average)
-
-
-
Functional Power Threshold.
Configurable in 'User data'.
It is the sustained power value that the user can maintain. It is determined by physical tests and each user must know and adjust its value.
Determines stress calculations for IF, TSS and power zones (see below), and serves to provide new data fields-
Power (%FTP)
-
Average power (%FTP)
-
Average power section (%FTP)
-
-
Normalized Power.
It cancels out the disproportionate effect of increases in effort. This way you can compare outputs from different slopes.-
Data fields:
-
Normalized average power
-
Normalized average section power
-
-
“Normalized average power” property
-
-
Intensity Factor (IF).
It is used to assess whether the activity is intense, comparing the normalized average power with the functional threshold (FTP). Shown in:-
IF data field
-
IF Factor Property
-
Configurable en 'Perfiles de actividad > Grabación de actividad > Potenciómetro).
-
-
Training Stress Score (TSS)
It is used to show the total workload of the session, considering the duration.
Shown in:-
TSS data field
-
TSS Factor Property
-
-
Power zones.
They show the Power (Moving Average) in 7 levels, according to the % of FTP-
Zone 1 - 0%-55%
-
Zone 2 - up to 75%
-
Zone 3 - up to 90%
-
Zone 4 - up to 105%
-
Zone 5 - up to 120%
-
Zone 6 - up to 150%
-
Zone 7 - major
It can be checked during the activity with the Power Zone data field (%FTP)
-
-
Time in zone (for HR and Pow zones).
New track properties, within the 'Sensors' section, that calculate the time that has elapsed within each Heart Rate and Power zone.
- Power (W/Kg).
