- New user interface, simpler and more usable.
- Connection with the GO Cloud.
- The files that you create in TwoNav will be uploaded and synchronized in the GO Cloud. This includes the activities that are recorded during your outings.
In addition, at go.twonav.com you can connect with services such as Strava or TrainingPeaks to automatically upload your new activities. - You can download routes that you have in the NubeGO, from the list of routes, open the lower menu and select 'My routes online'.
- The files that you create in TwoNav will be uploaded and synchronized in the GO Cloud. This includes the activities that are recorded during your outings.
-
Note: The free storage capacity in GO is sufficient for most users, but limited. Subscription plans will be added soon to be able to increase that capacity to users who need it.
- Connection with Komoot: In order to use it, it is necessary to previously make the connection with your Komoot account from the settings at go.twonav.com.
Once established:
- You will be able to see your planned routes from 'My online routes', in the route list menu, and download those that are located in areas for which you have permissions in Komoot.
- Your new activities that are uploaded to GO will also be sent to Komoot as Completed Routes.
- Connection with Suunto, which will allow you to download your activities from the Suunto cloud.
- [Android] New file folder. Now the old TwoNavData folder from the root of the internal memory is no longer used, but the folder designated for the App. This is mandatory for recent and future versions of Android.
At the first start, TwoNav 5 will look for the old TwoNavData folder, and it will move it to the new designated folder:
- App Free: Android/Data/com.compegps.twonav/files
- App Premium: Android/Data/com.compegps.twonavfull/files
Inside this 'files' folder there will be the TwoNavData folder, and the Maps folder will be used for maps, and Data for the rest of the files (tracks, waypoints ...)
Note: If you had files in custom folders (outside of TwoNavData), you will have to manually move them to the new locations.
- [Android] Using SD card. TwoNav can read maps from the SD card. For it to be able to do this, the maps also have to be in their designated folder, in this case on the SD card:
- App Free: Android/Data/com.compegps.twonav/files
- App Premium: Android/Data/com.compegps.twonavfull/files
- Fixed issues. A thorough review of the application has been done, fixing many historical problems. Here are some of the most relevant:
- [Android] Location is lost when the App is in the background.
- [Android] The screen turns off even if it is set to stay on.
- [Android] Hang up at startup on various Samsung smartphone models
- [iOS] Installed maps are removed when the online map cache is filled

Bonjour,
Cette version intègre l'A GPS ?
CDlt
After the upgrade I lost my custom made maps, and the option to share the GPX track of activity seems to have vanished.
This means I cannot navigate anymore (there is not water-map available in my area), and I cannot process my tracks afterwards...
I tried downloading the GPX track from the go cloud, but had to edit about 20 datapoints which gave errors in other navigation software..
So long TwoNav, this is where our journeys part...
Dear support team! Please make in TwoNav 5 app the ability to hide the top and bottom panels in full screen mode to make mapscreen bigger
Can not upload tracks from Land to iOs devices !!! The new TwoNav Premium doesn't work ! Please, bring back the old version or fix the problems ASAP !!!
