Trail 2 not starting
The device does not start but keep trying unsuccessfully to load the OS. What should I do to solve this issue?. Thanks.

At worst, try pressing and holding ON/OFF for 30 seconds to see if it boots... It's the MAIN RESET command.
If the OS remains booted, the only solution is to contact after-sales service via the "send a request" link at the top of this page, to send it for repair, because the software is corrupted. The warranty is two years (three for a recent purchase).
