GPS registration - a problem

I have GPS Aventura purchased in 2012. Until the end of last year, the device was registered on your website. When I purchased GPS, I received access to EasternEurope 11Q1.Vmap. and installed the CompeGPS software on my PC. In 2016, for reasons that were unclear to me, I began to appear with the use of the above-mentioned map. When starting CompeGPS, my Aventura was not visible, and the maps above were also removed. I could not launch her GPS and CompeGPS program. The above was reported on your website and the topic was colored. I received again "dopstep to the car map of Europe.
From August 2016, there were again problems:
1. in Compe GPS my Aventura is not visible.
2. from my Twonaw site my GPS Aventura registration has disappeared. this model also disappeared from the Twonaw offer.
3. no possibility to re-register your GPS
I am asking for help in reproducing the registration documents on your website. All documents I received when I purchased (original) were sent to Twonaw
Lack of access to my GPS in the CompeGPS program prevents me from updating GPS software and preparing and viewing routes / trails.
