My gratitudes to the RMA Team and after sales service
Dear Colleagues
today I would like to mention very good after sales service work.
When Linux system in my Cross+ failed after firmware update by wi-fi, I sent a ticket to RMA Team and I was informed within a couple of hours about every step.
My unit had been sent to Barcelona and was sucesfully repaired.
Therefore, I must mention a very good work of RMA Team.
The only thing I may complain about is that all new units, unlikely to Windows CE units: Sportiva, Anima, are hardly reparable by ourselves, and need to be sent to Spain.
In case of Sportiva and Anima, everyone is able to repair software failures by himselve.
Not mentioning hardly reversible batteries in the new units...
