Log in problems

I have logged out of my twonav device, and have forgotten my password. When i requested an email to reset my password, the message i got was that my email address is not linked with any twonav account..... but it is. I get regular emails from twonav! I am currently walking the Camini del Norte and have all my routes planned, so I need access to them. Can someone give any advice?
