TwoNav advice for sending Aventura for a cracked screen repair is to send the device with the battery separate in the package. Not correct! IATA rules are that the battery has to be installed within the device. Better still, do not send the battery if possible.
TwoNav seem to have a problem with interfacing with customers to get simple problems (like cracked screen) resolved. They deal only in Euro not GBP and do not have a mechanism to facilitate payment for repair services. They also fail to indicate what the postal costs are.
TwoNav take a long time in responding to communications. All making getting a simple repair done a difficult experience.
Aventura GPS is a lovely product. The technical support department need to improve their customer service.
