suggest an alternative to Twonav Mobile please

Although I have paid for Premium and bought some maps I am having trouble with ( for example) how to delete old tracks from Track List and delete all previous data to start afresh.   How to find my installation code so I can run the App on another Android device.  How I can update from v.3.3.4 as there appears to be 3.3.8 or 9 available (?)

Suggestions most welcome please.   Twonav themselves aren't answering.  Thanks muchly.

  Easily go to your TwoNav account all your codes are there. Then in the support section there are some tutorials to read
