    It is long and it is normal, it was necessary to let it work. Black screen it is normal because it replaces its software.

    A reset during installation, damn it is the disaster!

    Leave a day, doing nothing. In a day you try to recharge the battery to see if it will boot.

    If nothing happens, factory reset

    I may be wrong, but as you have caused a reset of the processor during the loading or installation of the software. Only the BOOTLOG remains functional.

    There is no way out at your level, contact the after-sales service to give you a return ticket. Via the send a request link at the top of this page. Be patient, it will take a long time.
