I know it might not be the right place for such a request but I am totally lost for now.
I had opened a ticket with twonav support due to a case of warranty (actually the ticket was opened by deporvillage.com, the shop where I bought the device). I returned my device to twonav for inspection; twonav support accepted the warranty issue but they also admitted that they cannot fix it. Strange enough!
Since I purchased the device via deporvillage.com twonav cannot refund the GPS which I understand. Unfortunately communication stopped here: twonav kept the GPS, I cannot return the device to deporvillage (because I do not have it) and I do not get any reply.
