    Good evening,

    What if you started by telling us what type of GPS it is?

    Depending on whether it is a CROSS or a Trail 2 / Aventura 2, the technology used is not the same. And that changes everything!

    If your GPS is a CROSS it is likely that it is due to your SmartPhone, you would not be the only one in this case.

    Then there is in your GPS a .log file which traces everything that does or does not do your GPS. The first sensible reflex to have, before returning to TwoNav, is to use this file to identify the cause of the failure, in the event of a failure.
