Device registration fails
Hi All,
I got an Aventura 2 today and tried to register it. I triple checked the serial but the registraion page keeps telling me that the code is invalid.
I wonder if someone sports an idea before I return the device. Another clue is that the barcode on the packaging box is criss-crossed, so I assume I may have gotten a refurbished device in a new box. But that is just a hunch.
Any help is appreciated.

Contact the after-sales service via the send a request link at the top of this page. They'll put everything back in order so you don't have to send it back. Otherwise if you connect it to the PC in principle the S/N appears in case there is an error in the S/N.
SAV is an answer within 48 hours on working days, or at the bottom right the chat (working hours)

Just checked the device id in "Land" and copied that on into the registration. Still no joy.
It may be that the support folks can help me, but it is a pretty bad customer experience buying a somewhat expensive device and my first interaction is with the support team.
I will wait if they come back to me on Monday.

Thanks for the info! Serial is confirmed and consistent. So the issues is on TwoNav side.
Unfortuantely, I seem to have overwritten any old data, if there were any to begin with.
Interestingly, the device has already a bunch of maps across Europe on it and an old track in the trash, all dated to February 2022. Let's see what support gives me.
