    Hello,

    The "RESET" process is documented, it consists of keeping the ON/OFF button pressed for a long time (more than 5 seconds).

    Then on the incident itself:
    - Your GPS is probably not in the latest software version?
    - In principle, when this incident occurs you should not touch anything, he must have been busy with another task, let it go and it starts again!

    If the RESET process does not succeed leave it like this and every 24 hours try to connect it to your charger, until it restarts.

    Have you noticed if in the dark the backlight remains active, if so it means that the software is blocked but it will unload and the procedure of the line above will work. If the screen is completely opaque at night, it is OFF, try the RESET and if it does not work, contact the after-sales service for a repair.

    Since the screen is "black" after trying to close the recording you had to do another action, otherwise he would have been "woken up" by his "watchdog".

    Thank you Cordially for your prompt response, seems the long press On/off button does not work in my case, and I put my charger on the device does Not response the whole night. Will have to contact repair team to get it sorted. If you may advise the right contact to initiate the repair process will be much appreciated!     I don't understand the relationship quoted with Link 1.2, the current version for Window is 1.0.6! Link 1.2 allows a priori a direct communication via the BT with the GPS.

    I mentioned the software version of your GPS, the current version is 5.1.1, this last version is deemed more stable, since 5.08 I have not noticed any excessive waiting time when switching OFF or when press end of recording, before that happened, you had to wait.

    Buenas.
    A mi se me bloqueó el gps y ni encendia ni apagaba. Quedaba en la pantalla de inicio. Le di un pequeño golpe seco con la palma de la mano y se soluciono. Igual es un problema de conexion de la bateria.
