Cross will not start following update

Just done an update on my Nav Cross and now it will not re start... why ???

  This is a user space, so being a little more informative would be helpful.

  Which version did you update from/to? What was the message after the update finished? What does your screen is showing now while starting?

  Recovery steps:

  1) switch the device off (longclick off button for 10s).

  2) connect it to usb on a pc.

  3) go to the AppData folder and back it up.

  4) delete/rename all the gps.ini / gps*.ini files.

  5) reboot and set it up again.
