The GO system has 2 sides:

- GO Cloud --> the files

- GO Web (go.twonav.com) --> A place to display and operate the files, some kind of simple Land. This web has a database which is synchronized with the GO Cloud.

So there are 2 sync processes:

1- Land/Twonav - GO Cloud

2- GO Cloud - GO web

On thursday we had a problem on GO Cloud, which was restored in next days, and now should be working as usual.

But the process of syncing between GO Cloud and GO Web has accumulated a long queue that is still working, and will take some days to normalize. So seeing changes on GO Web might take some hours instead of being almost instant as usual.

We expect that everything will be working ok on next days. If in some case, there are still errors, we will analyse the specific cases.

  Salut Thierry, apparemment il y a toujours des soucis avec GoCloud, quand je synchronise j'ai toujours rien sur le cloud donc sur strava ou autre. Ça va être long le retour à la normal c'est dommage ça fonctionnait trop bien avant.

  Hélas  voila ce que TwoNav a répondu:

  Ce que répond TwoNav : Go Cloud News / nouvelles de Two Nav: We are still reprocessing all the GO data for the GO website and associates (e.g. Link App, or share to Strava).

  So new uploaded files take hours to be shown in web. And some users still have many missing tracks in web.

  All files are ok in the cloud, nothing is lost, but it is the process to make them available in the website that is currently slow and pending to recover all the data.

  I expect the situation will be stabilized in the next few days.

   

  Pour mes dernières sorties dans la semaine, ca a bien fonctionné. Mais là c'est encore mort.

   

  Je les soupçonnes, j'espère me tromper, d'avoir délocalisé l'hébergement du CLOUD sur des services  a bas coût, du coup la bande passante est plus faible et ca bouchonne les jours de grosses activités.

   

  Il faut s'orienter vers des solutions palliatives, hélas ça ne va pas s'arranger.

   

  Tous ceux qui ont encore une licence Land 8 on intérêt a installer un Land 8 en bake up.

   

  Garder LInk qui fonctionnera toujours en BT pour l'envoi des traces, ou retour au câble

  Ok merci pour l'info Thierry, j'aime bien twonav pour leur GPS et la simplicité qui avait avec cette Synchro etc, mais la ça devient frustrant , et j'ai pas envie de perdre du temps pour ça. Je vais regarder du coté de chez wahou pour voir je pense.
