    No luck, you have to contact after-sales service, this is a user forum.

    Use the send a request link at the top of this page to contact customer service. Complete the ad hoc form, and wait for the response (Support accompanied by an RMA).

    I encourage you to send it back at your expense via UPS (or equivalent) rather than waiting for TwoNav to send you a carrier, it will go faster. The weight and volume being low, do not check any value option, this limits the cost and avoids making the package attractive.

    Demand replacement for a new one, refuse repair. You paid for a new one not a repaired one.
