Which unit/subscription?

Looking to move to better GPS mapping. Already use paper and OS Premium. Recently discovered Harvey maps, too. Looking for advice on a unit to use my OS maps and Harvey, as OS is removing some old technical routes I have used.

  Hi Philip, since this a forum only populated by users you should be a little more specific about what you are planning to do (hiking/climbing/cycling/kayaking etc.). The devices offer some pro/cons compared to the app which is available too. App and Land offer online map access and need subscriptions, the devices don't. need subscription but for some features some users subscibe too. Last time I checked bought maps can be activated on 3 devices (App and Land count as device too).

  If you manage well, there's no reason to pay a subscription for the map. And you'll have a more accurate and up-to-date map.

  @Uwe mainly mountain hiking and scrambles. Possibly use for trail riding (motorcycles) too, but predominantly. From what I've seen on the app, various maps exist from TwoNav for different activities, and things like Harvey maps will be an add on to give more detail.

  @Thierry I'm not sure what you mean on managing maps to prevent subscriptions yet still have latest mapping.
