TwoNav Forum unfreeze please
Over the years the Twonav forum (http://forum.twonav.com/forum.php) has developed into a treasure of information. Sorted by various topics we had rich discussions. This new community pinboard does not stand in comparison to this forum and I understand it more like a pinboard to contact the developers (like the former uservoice pinboard). Please reevaluate if freezing the forum is a good idea.
BTW: How can I find the old USERVOICE system and is this (USERVOICE) still monitored?

Hello,
I AGREE 1 000 000%
The old USERVOICE was transferred to the new support. The tickets who had are in the new. The old one is dead.
In this page, clic left on your name and chose "my activities" or, to open a "ticket", "submit a request" at the left of your name.
In memory of the conviviality of the old forum.
Best regards

Hello,
We think that having independent spaces like the Forum, User Voice and Help Center is not a good way to manage user feedback. Unifying them into one place, which is this new Help Center, it is much easier for us to manage the feedback and give a better support to users. In addition, it is also easier for users to have one space, with one password, and access to all your content.
Specifically about the Forum, our intention was not to block new content there, but there was a failure in that system and the integrity of the historical content was in danger. We don't have resources to fully maintain both systems, so we could recover the content, but not to fully resume functionality without compromising the integrity of the content again.
So we apologize about closing the old form for new content, but it was not possible to keep both systems fully functional, and we think the unified service will allow us to offer a better service.

Sounds reasonable but cases like this:
https://support.twonav.com/hc/de/community/posts/360000205832-Ultra-bloqueado
show that the community isn't really into helping each other here as they where on the old forum and you don't seem to have the ressources to step into the space they have left.
I happen to notice that the headings of some post here, which are telling nothing about the content and are very difficult to find, not mentioning that they leave quite a chaotic (unstructured) picture. I'm very glad that we have in the forum at https://www.naviboard.de/forumdisplay.php?f=137 still such a great community support. -
Hello,
Maybe we could start a new adventure in this forum?
https://www.twolandnaviste.fr/index.php
The place is completely free ... and independent of CompeGPS.
Best regards
