    Hello Anthony,
    may be you locked the display with a press on the button at the left side

    Gert, the left side button switches the display on and off. Under what circumstances could it stop the touchscreen working when the display is on and displaying the map and position correctly.

    Hi John,

    it is possible to configure the action triggered by pressing this button.

    you can configure it within =>

    Main menu > Settings > System > Keys

    There you can setup the action for the left lock button

    There are 2 options for locking ther screen

    1. lock the whole screen ( no display showing, touch off)
    2. lock screen with display on and touch with touch off

    May be 2. it is activated accidently at your TRAIL

    Hi Gert, thanks for that. I think I have 1 because the screen goes off and comes on when I press the left button. Unfortunately I cannot get to the System settings as I cannot click on it when I display the settings screen using button.
