    The good way to contact TwoNav, is the link "send a request" on the upper of this page.

    By telephon or email you do not concact the TwoNav SAV.

    It is your error

    I too am having problems. I ordered an Aventura 2 from the TwoNav website and a few days later it arrived but the courier said I needed to pay a £94 customs charge. I told him to take it back. I contacted TwoNav and they said I shouldn't have been charged and when they get the unit back they will refund me. This was several weeks ago and I've had no refund in spite of contacting TwoNav three times. I find it extremely difficult to believe they haven't received the product as it only took a few days for me to get it. In the meantime I have bought an Aventura from Amazon, which arrived no problem.

    But...

    I can't mount it on my 35" handlebars. I have asked TwoNav if there is a way to do this eg will the Aventura trail cover fit my Aventura 2 but I have had no reply. Not happy!

    Hello,

    It's a fact that it's a lot of problems for one person

    To fix your AVENTURA 2 you have the embarrassment of the choice among multiple solutions of adapters which meet the needs of both the motorcycle and the cycle. That you can't find among the accessories at TwoNav or Amazon is surprising.
