It's very simple, you don't have to worry about the registration code!You buy, you wait a few minutes, you go to see your account/my cards/ and your card is there. Connect your GPS to your PC via the USB cable (if you have a GPS) and then click on the red download button and ESPECIALLY answer YES to all the questions.
Read the tutorials and don't do more than what is mentioned.
From an other user, here it is not the good way to contact the after sale.

Hi…this does not make sense. I purchased the map on the website but there is no way for me to download it to my phone. There is also nothing on my account in the app that shows I purchased that map. I don’t have a gps to connect to a computer…I want to download the map to my phone.

How do you want us to know if it's for a SmartPhone or for a GPS or for Land if you don't specify it, we are not guessers!
Either way, your path is not the right one. In the menu of the smartphone there is a tab "shop" use this tab it will work.
Act as if you are buying this card again, since you have already acquired it, it will not be charged.
In the end, it makes a lot of errors, in principle on this site there are tutorials that you just have to follow in the 'knowledge base' section

I’ve done that in the app…I read the tutorial that says go into mapshop, but when I select that option, the map I purchased is not there, I cannot scroll at all the screen is locked so I have to select the filter ‘by map’ so I can choose the location on the map that very, very slowly comes up. I select the location, it says it’s downloading and then I’m just taken to a blank white screen with nothing. There is nothing in the app that shows my purchases. So all in all this is looking like a scam.
