    Hello,

Let's start by trying to understand your problem:

It is first important to distinguish what is the level of a circuit project that you intend to carry out, from what is the level of a journey that you have already carried out.

The terms ROUTE or ITINERARY have become confused.

    • ROUTE is a list of points linked by a segment, a straight line path.
    • TRACK is the path like that of the little thumb and a series of dots (small pebbles).

It is essential to be clear because the corresponding files do not cross the GO CLOUD in the same way.

So your file corresponds to what type?

I downloaded a gpx file that I want to follow to OS maps. Previously I just used to sync through OS maps on my GPS and it would be in my online routes. This now won't work, so go cloud seemed the way to do this.

    Good evening,

Difficult to understand your problem (What is OSMAP?).

Since the last TwoNav updates, it is a fact that depending on the nature (its design) of a gpx file, it can be invisible on the GO CLOUD. On the other hand you can import it not the menu /my routes online even if this file is invisible on the GO CLOUD page

Hi Steve, I also had this problem with my Trail 2 device. Apparently OS and TwoNav are no longer in a partnership to there isn't an official way to do this anymore!

However, husband has brilliantly found a simple work around for if you have a smartphone. I presume there will be similar options on the Aventura so hopefully this will help you too.

Firstly you'll need to have the OSMaps app on your phone, logged in to your OS account, then:

    1) On your phone download the app "TwoNav Link" and log in with your usual two nav password

    2) On your GPS go to settings, Smartphone and Add Device

    3) Once you've successfully paired open the OS app on your phone, choose your route, click Export GPX and select TwoNav Link. It then gives you the option to "Send to Paired Device"

It also seems that if your phone and device are both on it will remember the pairing, so after first set up you only need to do step 3. We haven't managed to find a way to export multiple routes, so the first time there was a bit of catching up to do - but only took about 20 minutes to get all our routes over.
