OS maps account unable to login on Aventura 2

My OS account has disappeared from "MY Accounts" section. Try to create a new account, enter OS  login details but wont show the account. I am now unable to transfer new routes from OS account on laptop to two nav Aventura 2.

any Ideas

  I have been having this problem for 12 months and nobody from two nav or os maps will give me a resolution.

  Bizarrely, I recently subscribed to the 'Broadcast' and 'Emergency' system via SeeMe on two nav... and guess what... it also didn't work despite several days of trying different things.  The bizarre bit comes from the speed with which I had a response to refund the subscription - within hours - and they wanted feedback!

  Methinks things not going well at TwoNav.  Expensive dilemma for those of us who researched hard and paid out for this satnav.

  Probably the following is the reason:

  Changelog of Twonav 5.6
  "Removed provider from 'My online routes' OSMaps, because the provider has canceled the service...."
