No more link between Trail 2 and PC, including Land

Bonjour,
Concomitamment à la mise à jour de l'OS de mes deux Trail 2 en v 6.2.3. il est impossible d'accéder à leur mémoire interne (Carte, Routes, etc...) en les connectant à mon PC (Win 11). Ni un arrêt/marche, ni un reset par les 2 boutons latéraux ne règle le problème, pas plus que le retour à la configuration d'origine qui ne change que les paramètres, et pas pas l'OS. Je suspecte donc un problème de mise à jour de l'OS mais Two Nav me demande de les renvoyer en Espagne. 
D'autres possesseurs de Trail 2 ont-ils les même problème ?
Quelle est la réponse de Two Nav ?

Concomitantly with the update of the OS of my two Trail 2 in v 6.2.3. it is impossible to access their internal memory (Map, Routes, etc...) by connecting them to my PC (Win 11). Neither an off/on nor a reset by the 2 side buttons fixes the problem, nor the return to the original configuration which only changes the parameters, and not the OS. I therefore suspect a problem with updating the OS but Two Nav is asking me to send them back to Spain. 
Do other owners of Trail 2 have the same problem?
What is Two Nav’s response?
