See ecw maps with trail 2

Hi, I cannot see ecw maps with Trail 2 (4.7). I was able to do so with an older GPS, Anima. Should now transform ecw maps with Land to see them with Trail 2?

    Pleased take time to read the manual § 4.2 for TRAIL 2 manual and § 5 for Anima manual.

    Hello,

    You must know if you  transform ECW to RMAP or RTMAP, files will be bigger !!!

    So less maps in memory...

    Thanks both.

    Yes, ecw maps are already large so I tried to transform them to RMAP and the operation failed.

    It´s a pity that a newer GPS (Trail 2) is not able to read files that an older one (Anima) could...

    Hello,

    Android do not read ECW too.

    I think (not sure) it is because Android and news GPS are not under Windows system.
