Paid for maps - not delivered

Hi from Australia. I have ordered and paid for maps on the TwoNav site but never received them. What’s the solution to that.

  It's strange...  see to your account https://www.twonav.com/     /myproduct/index/show/ if this map is listed..

  If listed you can upload all the maps

  If not listed post your request to https://support.twonav.com/hc/   /requests/new

  Here is an user forum and the french view..
