Hola,
lamentablemente no hablo español y uso un traductor, así que tenga paciencia.
Compré un gps modelo CROSS pero lamentablemente no funciona correctamente. He contactado con soporte pero nadie responde.
¿Puede explicar el procedimiento para hacer una devolución y ser reembolsado? En el sitio hay el icono de "devolución sin compromiso" pero no hay ningún enlace o procedimiento para realizar la devolución. Gracias

  The problem is that I have tried them both ...... but nobody deigns to answer .......
  Days go by and there is a risk that the maximum terms for the return will be exceeded.
