Lost waypoints - Two Nav app on Android device

I have completed an 8 day trek, during which I recorded about 20 waypoints using the Two Nav app on and Android device When I opened the app tonite in preparation to download the waypoints, they have all disappeared! Can anyone suggest what might have caused this loss, and whether they may be recovered? Thank you

  Weird,

  My WPTs recorded a year ago are still there!

  If they're not there, you forgot to save them.

  ... \Android\data\com.compegps.twonav\files\TwoNavData\Data

  .... \Android\data\com.compegps.twonav\files\TwoNavData\Data\Tracklog\trash

  Hi Peter,

  please have a look if you find the following folder

  ... \Android\data\com.compegps.twonav\files\TwoNavData\Data\conflicted_files
  I encountered sometimes same issue on my GPS devices and found waypoint-files inside this folder containing the lost waypoints

  Hi Gert,

  That's brilliant!!  Thank you so much.  They were still there.  I was not able to see or access the folder on the phone, but once connected to my PC, I was able to access the folder and upload to Land, and then save.

  Most likely, a backup error or renaming of an unsaved file. An error of the kind that blocks synchronization upon return.
