I am a Cyber Security Researcher and work for Information Security. I just want to ask that, Do you offer a bug bounty program for bug hunters?
I sent several emails to your support team but they haven't responded yet So I'm writing this to you.
I found some critical vulnerabilities resulting in data loss in your web and I have captured (for the proof) some of your consumer's sensitive data and confidential support tickets.
I want to report this critical vulnerability to your IT engineers, Can you please get me in touch with your IT team or something else so I can put up my findings and ask for a reward.

Again: I am a user. I am not from CompeGPS.
I have been a client since 2013. I know (we know) how CompeGPS intervenes on its forums or in private requests. It is not the best communication you can find but it is like that. The client suffers ...Maybe you should ask yourself the question:
Does their repeated silence mean that I will have no reward?On the other hand, do you know that there is a viral pandemic? That people are confined to their homes, worse sick (therefore, absent from work or unable to do so)?
