Trail not working
My "Trial" does not work anymore. It shows the battery/charging symbol with the loading status of 48%. The device shows no reaction at all. Not when pushing any buttons or the display. I read that usually a restart can be initiated by pushing and holding the on/off-button for 10 sec. But even here the device does not reat. What should I do?

Good evening,
To ask the customer service, use the "Send a request" link at the top of this page. Here is a forum, only users like you respond.
It seems to me that it is planted, either it bugged or you were impatient and you bugged it by playing with the buttons.
In general, when it bug, you just have to wait and it starts all alone.
The pause mode can also cause confusion, we do not know if it is OFF or on PAUSE (you must remember what you did) and depending on how you configure the pause button it can cause confusion especially at first, after quickly understood that he is on break.
My advice, leave it alone, USB cable unplug ... It will discharge, and when the battery is exhausted it will be set to OFF internally ...
Then you will reconnect your cord, and especially do not touch it until the load reaches 100%.
This step taken put it on ON, it should start again.
If it does not go back, contact the after-sales service for a return under the warranty.
For my case, I never encountered this difficulty. By cons I could see some "crashes", but just wait less than 30s and he leaves the "Watch Dog" works ...
Good night from a French User

Hi Dirk,
first of all, do you have a TRAIL or TRAIL2?
The procedure for a reset is different.

Hi Thierry, thanks for your comment. I already left it "alone" for one night, but it seems this was not sufficient to discharge the battery completely. I will not touch it nd hope it discharges completely... Then I will see what happens. I already contacted the customer support, but I was hoping someone knows a quick solution so I can use the device tomorrow.
Best regards
Dirk
