PC doesn’t detect GPS unit

Hi, I have a Twonav Velo GPS. When I plug it in to a computer, it can’t “see” it - the folder of the GPS device doesn’t appear. The GPS starts charging but that’s all. This happens with a Mac and pc, different cables, different sockets and with the gps on or off. Software is up to date. I therefore can’t upload routes to it 😔. Possibly unrelated, it won’t pair over Bluetooth with my iPhone so I can’t put routes in that way. Grateful for any help!

  Sounds like a hardware defect to me, probably broken or dirty micro usb connector. If it were my device I would try do clean those contacts very caaareful with some non conductive tools, try different cables too (as you have already done it). Is wifi still working?
