New waypoint View properties. Now various characteristics (color, size, background, text...) can be configured. Additionally, these properties are structured in an inheritance system that allows selecting the default display. See in detail.
- Roadbook points now have the same properties as waypoints and work with the same inheritance system.
- New default waypoint display. The new properties have been utilized to establish a clearer and more attractive default configuration.

Track editor improvements
-
When opening the track editor, if no track is open, one is automatically created, and points can be added to it.
-
New "Selection" tool. Allows disabling all tools and selecting track points, so actions like deleting them or adding new points from there can be executed.
-
- With the tool to add points to a track or vector map, when moving a bit far, the distance, elevation gain, and heading to the pointer are indicated.
-
Improvements Routes by folders. Now multiple files from the tree can be selected to move them all at once to a folder by right-clicking > Move to folder.
Additionally, this change will sync with GO immediately. -
Compatible with high-resolution screens without losing definition. This allows for better definition display of interface elements and maps.
Additionally, previous scaling system errors have been corrected. -
Vector maps are always displayed on top, so they are superimposed on others and their information can be combined with the background.
-
The 'Alternate map' tool ignores maps that are not being displayed, preventing seemingly ineffective clicks.
-
New option to create waypoint by coordinates. In the waypoint creation window, the possibility to enter coordinates has been added, so it will not be necessary to select its location on the map in the next step.
Once the waypoint is created, it will be centered on the map. -
The properties window will automatically open if it was open the last time Land was closed.
- The focus remains on the selected item when restarting Land.
-
The data tree branches will retain their state (collapsed/expanded) when restarting Land.
-
MPVs can be sent to devices connected via USB
-
Improvements in manual speed assignment to track or segment.
-
The highlighted speed in the track properties window is now the Average speed instead of the Moving average speed.
-
The start and end points of the tracks can be hidden
- Objects in the tree (e.g. a waypoint) can be deleted by clicking the red cross that appears on the right when hovering over them
For files, a gray cross appears, which closes the file (does not delete it) -
Geocaches marked as ‘found’ (properties > field notes > status) are marked gray instead of being hidden
- New 'last access' option in 'Sort by', which sorts tree files (e.g. routes) according to the last time they were opened.
- Increase in the number of track direction arrows to improve their visibility.
- Fixed issue with HDR reliefs from CNIG.
-
Other minor changes and issues resolved.
In detail
New waypoint display properties
New waypoint display properties have been added and existing ones regrouped to achieve optimal and configurable display of waypoints and roadbook points.
These properties are within an inheritance system ('configuration > file > waypoint'), so if a property is not defined in a specific waypoint, its value is searched for in the file it belongs to. If it is not defined in the file either, it is searched for in the general configuration.
If we want to modify the appearance of waypoints, we can do it from the general configuration, and it will affect all waypoints that do not have specific information configured. With this system, it is no longer necessary to configure each waypoint, making it much easier to adjust the appearance of all waypoints at any time.
We can find all these properties at each of these 3 configuration levels:
- General configuration: Menu > File > Configuration > Waypoints > Default values
Note: These configurations sync with the GO Cloud, so they will be automatically established on all synchronized devices. - File properties (waypoints/track) > Default waypoint values
(This section replaces the old 'Modify all waypoints' function) - Waypoint properties > 'View' section
In this last image, we can see the list of all configurable properties.
Values that are not defined, and therefore taken from the upper level, will be marked in parentheses as (default).
If at any point we want to revert to the default value for a property, just right-click and select 'take default values'.
Note: The 'Background text transparency' property depends on the 'Text color' property. The Transparency property will only appear if the Color property is specifically defined in that list. In other words, if the Transparency property does not appear, set a value for the Text color, and then it will appear.
On the other hand, roadbook points (or track waypoints) have incorporated all waypoint properties, so now they have many more options for customization, including the new 'View' properties.
Deviation and junction points of variants are marked in a special way (blue) and do not allow configuration.
The general configuration that applies to roadbook points (track waypoints) is the same as for waypoints (Configuration > Waypoints > Default values).
The same properties are available in recent versions of TwoNav (GPS Devices and App).
