Connection to the new Suunto tracks service.

The connection is made from go.twonav.com (User menu > Settings > Connected services).
From Land, you can list and display your Suunto activities/routes on the map (data tree > Routes > My online routes), download them, and also upload routes (right-click > Share > Suunto routes)
Restored 'Save as' function for multiple maps simultaneously (by holding Control or Shift key), allowing conversion to other formats.
Issues fixed
- Incorrect dates when creating a Route with Fast-track
- Adding nearby waypoints moves track points
- Altitude calculation issues on tracks not centered on screen
- Track Roadbook point radius not visible
- [Mac] Offset pointer in track editor
- [Mac] Track display issues on retina
- [Mac] Problems with dropdown selections (e.g. colors)
