    Hello Jez,

    The legal warranty period in the European Union is 3 years since 01/01/2022 (Two years for products acquired before this date). Your GPS is under warranty until 07/31/2025. Use the send a request link at the top of this page to contact after-sales service (See § https://www.twonav.com/fr/conditions-generales-de -sale) TwoNav is therefore required to restore it to you (see General Conditions of Sale at the bottom of the page of the TwoNav site).

    Will you keep us informed of its restoration?

    The last update seems to have cured the problems, except the charging port cover (obviously). So I started using it again and it's been fine for a couple of weeks but now it won't charge. The charger is not the problem.

    My aventura 2 stopped taking charge last September. I mailed it to TwoNav, Barcelona. Was adviced of several weeks repair time. The repaired unit was returned within this period at no cost.
