Trail Bike reboot loop

Hi,

I just bought the Trail Bike GPS, took it out on it's first ride today and all was good. When I got home I stopped the ride in the GPS and pressed the Lock button whilst I went off and washed my bike, every now and then I noticed the GPS was unlocked, so I Lock it again and continue cleaning my bike.

When I went to plug the GPS in to my PC to upload the ride to Strava, before I connected it I saw it restart by itself, then I saw it do it again, and it's continually doing it every 50 seconds no matter what I do. So I tried resetting it using the "Back" and "-" buttons, but that didn't help, I tried resetting the GPS to "Default Configuration" but still the GPS device resets itself every 50 seconds without fail?!

I don't know what to do...???
