    Hello Christopher,

    1. where have you planned the route; which software, online service...

    2. which device do you use CROSS, TERRA,TRAIL....

    3. which software versions of the used software do you use

    4. which PC / operating systems

and please describe the process as exactly as possible how you tried to transfer the rout to your device.

    Hello,

Yes it's the classic error if you try to send it from Land (or it's new from the GoCloud Page). Despite the last two weeks of unavailability of the GoCloud (supposedly for work) the situation has deteriorated further.

There are three solutions that work:

    - From your GPS ROUTE menu at the bottom right (...) then my routes online and you have access to all the routes stored on the GoCloud (c:/document/compeGps/Data + open Land = send to GoCloud )

    - If your route is on your GoCloud (see above) you open the LINK application on your SmartPhone, it will be in ROUTE remains to be sent to the GPS.

Otherwise, place your track on your own Cloud (Ex: Google Drive) in a specific Folder. This action makes it available on your SmartPhone in your CLOUD (Ex; Google Drive)

That done, go to your SmartPhone to open or import this trace, your SmartPhone suggests that you use LINK, answer YES, all you have to do is send it to the GPS.

Please report the success of this import.
