Free Map tiles have vanished

Just been on the OS web page after a couple of months to find it has changed.  I tried to find my tiles to download to my Aventura with no joy. On web chat, they stated that Two Nav now deal with this in its entirety but when I went to get a free tile, I have to pay. I was back on Web chat and they suggested contacting Two Nav customer service, but when I clicked the link, it took me right back to the UK OS Web page. The person on the Web chat was less than helpful (Which I must add is out of the norm as I found they were always very helpful previously). OS said theyve contacted two nav and will get back to me in a week!!!

Has anyone else's Free tiles gone? I've lost about 10.

  I have also lost 10 map tiles in a similar way and have had the same experience with OS Customer Support. They have referred me back to Two Nav. I am just about to reply to the CSA and will let you know if they resolve the problem
