The index of an arrow doesn't correspond to the direction

The index in TwoNav is positioned not correctly (an arrow concerning the direction) - whether it is possible to solve a problem? whether it is possible (iOS) to add indexes: "circle", "crossing"?
Указатель в TwoNav позиционируется не корректно (стрелка относительно направления) - можно ли решить проблему? (iOS) возможно ли добавить указатели: «круг», «перекрестье»?

  I do not know your phone.

  Does it have a compass? If no compass the direction is given by the geograpic positions. If you stop, there is no direction.

  Did you calibrate the compass in TWONAV?

  Check the parameter Configuration, Calibration, Compass is on automatic (if it is GPS, as above, you must be in motion, to have a speed)

  look in Configuration, Complete Configuration, Map Page, Cursor, Extras Elements to had circles and / or lines of prow.
