Cross system update - unable to update

Hi all,

I have a Cross device with v. 4.9.1. I've tried to update to 4.9.8 (and then to v. 5.0.4 or whatever), but I keep getting a message "Update failed, please try again later". Has anyone else encountered this problem, and how you have dealt with it? I have already reset my system definitions, and have done some other stuff suggested by our local support team, but without success.

Any ideas?

  You must have received a message from TwoNav, there are connection problems at the moment. contact the after-sales service

  Thanks Thierry. Actually, this issue exists for more than half a year (I just didn't have the time to deal with it). Have you heard anything about it?

  Yes, but since there are communication issues, the process may not be successful. Contact the after-sales service link send a request at the top of the page
