Maps require registration code

When I try to access my 1:50,000 Ordnance Survey Maps on my Trail 2, it asks me to enter a 'Registraion Code'.  I have asked OS, but they don't know the answer.  Anyone got any ideas?

  Hi,

  Here are only users, like you and me.

  OS can't do something. It is a map solded by TwoNav.

  You have 3 activations (3 devices) for the same map.

  To count these activations, TwoNav ask you for a "registration code".

  This code is in the Maps section of your MyTwoNav.

  Hello Gregory,

  The registration code and activation number for your map is displayed on your account under the path Mydevice / myMap;

  If the map required a registation key (code) and if you had uploaded LAND 8.9 some of registartion code stored in the device memory is lost... It is a fact, i have the same issue...  why ??? Reload the registation code (see on your account)
