As a TwoNav user, you have a personal space in the TwoNav Cloud to store the files you use in Land or on your TwoNav devices.
This cloud stores files such as routes or waypoints, but not maps.
The available space in the TwoNav Cloud depends on your access level according to your subscription plan.
Synchronization with the cloud will take place in different ways depending on the product.
Land
Automatic synchronization can be enabled/disabled from the button .
Once enabled, a two-way synchronization will take place. That is, Land files not already in the cloud will be uploaded, and cloud files not in Land will be downloaded. In this way, Land and TwoNav Cloud will have the same files.
GPS Devices and TwoNav App
Synchronization is also carried out via the Internet, so in the case of GPS devices, you must have a WiFi connection.
Synchronization can be enabled from 'Settings > TwoNav Cloud'.
Once enabled, an upload synchronization will take place. That is, files on the device that are not yet in the cloud will be uploaded, but cloud files that are not on the device will not be downloaded. This is to avoid taking up too much space on the device or having lists that are too long and unmanageable.
If you want to add files (routes or activities) to your GPS device or TwoNav App, you can do so in different ways, as detailed in the following articles:
Web go.twonav.com
From go.twonav.com you can manage the tracks (routes or activities) you have stored in the TwoNav Cloud.
You can perform actions such as:
- Check details
- Share links so that other people can view them
- Delete
- Schedule downloads to your GPS devices/TwoNav App
The last two actions (Delete and Download to device) can be carried out simultaneously for multiple files.
From the website you can also upload new routes or activities to the TwoNav Cloud using files in different formats (e.g. GPX, TRK…)
Note: To learn how to manage space in the cloud and on different devices, see the article Delete files from the TwoNav Cloud or a device
