Problems with credit card payments

During the credit card payment process, there is communication between the payment system and the card-issuing bank. If, for any reason, the bank declines the transaction, you will receive a payment error message.

Some banks apply restrictions to certain credit cards for the renewal of online products. These are some of the possible causes:

• Insufficient funds
• Expired or lost card
• Restrictions on the type of purchase

In this case, you can try the following alternatives:

• Try again later
• Use a different bank card
• Use PayPal as the payment method
  The PayPal system also allows you to add bank cards, but it has the following limitations:
  • It cannot be used for subscription-based products.
  • Not available for payments in other currencies (Euro only).

If the problems persist, you may contact the card-issuing bank.
