During the credit card payment process, there is communication between the payment system and the card-issuing bank.
If, for some reason, the bank rejects the transaction, you will receive an error message in the payment process. In that case, you can try the following actions:
- Try again at another time. If the issues persist, you may consult with the card-issuing bank.
- Use another bank card.
- Use PayPal as a payment method.
The PayPal system also allows the use of bank cards but has the following limitations:
- It cannot be used for subscription-type products.
- Not available for payments in other currencies (Euros only).
